It is time to summarize my finishes for the first 2 months of 2011 for the Charming Girls' Club.
Some of my finishes I could only give peeks since they are for weddings.
The wedding dress makeover has been delivered to the bride!
The finished wedding quilt.
[Full reveal of both after the wedding!]
This is my Quilt Around the Block stitchery made into a pillow.
Inspiration and my own design 'On the Fence' quilt.
Several mug rugs...for swaps and me!
Oh the joy of paper piecing! Love it!
Give Thanks stitchery banner and 3 verse cards from Jenny of Elefanz.
Stitching brings so much joy! It's sew relaxing!
I also finished 2 blocks for the Birdie BOM, the top of my Happy Camper Too quilt, added the borders and sandwiched my daughter's wedding quilt, and made 10 blocks for Block-A-Palooza but they are not real finishes as there is still work to be done.
Here is block 10.
What have you finished recently?
What beautiful work! It was a joy to see.
ReplyDeleteYou have been busy, and such beautiful finishes!
ReplyDeleteWhat a busy lady you have been for the past two months. I wish I had that ambition. Please send some over the web. LOL
ReplyDeleteHate teases - LOL! Love the pillow, very nice. I completely forgot about that cat pattern, great on your mug rug - and cute gnome, too. Your stitchery is just fantastic.
ReplyDeleteReally nice finishes - loved seeing them all. Really loved the quilt around pillow and how it finished out. Beautiful work on everything. Judy C
ReplyDeleteWow! You really got a lot done! Love all your mug rugs, and the wedding dress~ gorgeous! Have a happy week!
ReplyDeleteYour stitching is beautiful! I have been debating on joining the Give Thanks Banner stitch along I have the first block done on the Gum Tree Designers BOM and had such a great time doing it. It has been a few years since I just sat down and did hand stitching. I think I like your pillow best out of all your finishes, so cheery and springy.
ReplyDeletewow you have been very busy and that wedding dress.Gorgeous!
